CranioSacral for Longevity-Applications for the treatment of Alzheimer’s and Dementia.
This 2-day class, having no prerequisites, is for laypersons, caregivers, children of Alzheimer’s patients, spouses and therapists working at independent living and senior care facilities. Using some simple CranioSacral Techniques, students will learn a 15-minute protocol that they can immediately apply to their loved ones and patients.
CranioSacral for Longevity-Applications for Prevention This 2-day class, having no prerequisites, is for laypersons, caregivers, children of parents who would like to offer support, and most importantly, for those over 50 who are well and healthy and would like to maintain their good health.
This class teaches how to use simple CranioSacral therapy techniques to help prevent the “diseases of aging” and combat changes to memory and cognition. The class also offers resources related to diet and exercise, part of the The BodyEnergy Longevity Prescripton, that helps maintain our good health, no matter what our age.
At the end of the class, participants have the option of joining a Longevity Support Group, where participants can practice the techniques they have learned on each other and form local communities for ongoing support.
CranioSacral Therapy for Longevity-Reversal of the Aging Process
This class is designed to train advanced practitioners of CST in the evaluation, treatment and support
of the entire range of the mid to late age adult population, from 60-100+ years of age.

This course is designed to help you: hone your expertise in blending with clients by learning to better understand and read their body needs; fine-tune your palpatory capabilities; review the SER process, including locating and releasing energy cysts. You will learn more about integration of therapeutic imagery and dialogue, delve deeper into vector/axis integration and alignment, meridians and chakras, practice each position involved in multiple-hands sessions, including that of lead therapist. The small group setting will help you gain insights to using your time and energy most efficiently and you will have the opportunity to review the material of your choice and participate in in-depth group discussions with your colleagues.
