Cancellation Policy for BodyEnergy Company

We are very honored that you have chosen to further your healing by taking advantage of the intensive experience.  These extraordinary programs bring to the treatment room many therapists who often travel great distances and clear their schedules to assist in this healing opportunity for you. To assure that everything runs smoothly, and so that we can continue to offer this program in your area, please read the refund policy carefully: 

Alzheimer’s Intensive Retreat Program:

Program cost is fully refundable up to 60 days prior to event. Due to the unique expenses involved, cancelation less than 60 days prior to event your payment less a $2000 fee will be refunded. Refund requests must be made in writing within 12 months of registration and at least 60 days in advance of the program start date.

Mini-Intensive:

Program cost is fully transferable and refundable up until 60 days prior to the start date. Due to the unique expenses involved, a 20% fee of your total reservation is necessary for transfers within 60 days of the program. Refund requests must be made in writing within 12 months of registration and at least 6 weeks in advance of the program start date.

Individual Appointments:

Session fee is due upon receipt of invoice following the scheduled appointment.  If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so within 24 hours to avoid any cancellation fees.
